I am going to start posting more of my Freelife Health posts here because God has been been putting it on my heart more and more to encourage women in this way, and I feel like I will reach more here 💕 So many people tell me they don’t have time to workout. I have stayed in really good shape throughout this pregnancy (and for the last couple years) simply by walking and lifting weights 3-4 times per week for literally SIX to EIGHT minutes at a time. That’s it! It doesn’t take two hours at the gym. It just takes consistency (and a healthy diet, which I’ll talk more about!) and you’re good to go! And if your life is anything like mine, you’ll have a kid or two talking your ear off or crawling all over you while you do it 💪🏻
