Hello there 😊 I have had a little side business in the works for months now and I am finally ready reveal it! As a personal trainer, I get SO MANY texts and emails and calls from friends and acquaintances who are longing for health and workout advice and they don't know where to turn. Many of them are moms or are very busy at work and do not have the time and/or money to go to a gym. So I've come up with a solution!
