Bright, Pretty Things: It was a beautiful Father's Day. The boys cuddled up to Derek many times yesterday while watching the World Cup, the u.s. Open, and the nba championship. He takes care of them so very well. I never have to so a bath time alone, he's right there to help/entertain. All year long he left for work 20 minutes early to take the boys to school so I could teach. He does the dishes if he has some free time at home. He picks up the play room at night when he knows I'm exhausted. He doesn't mind that we eat frozen pizza for dinner often. He spends his whole weekend doing yard work and making our home look beautiful. He gets Berkeley to sleep every single night. He enjoys taking numerous family walks per night. I really could go on and on. Just know, babe, that you are loved and appreciated.
