I am just not a cook. But anything from The Pioneer Woman I can handle because her instructions are so specific!! This pot roast is a favorite of mine (and especially Derek's). It will be delicious on this frigid night! ❄️❄️

I am writing this post solely to brag on my husband and to say how thankful I am for him. I woke up this morning more sick than I think I ever have been. Ever. When the boys woke up this morning, he jumped up and has not stopped yet. I've heard them playing, I've heard him make jokes he knew the boys wouldn't get, just so i could get a good laugh from the bed, he's taken them to the grocery store to get crackers for me, he's played outside so I could get some rest. And he hasn't complained once. He just came in here and said, "I love you", which is amazing because I'm a mess. So from this view I've had all day (pile of clean clothes and all) I thank you Derek Sherwood. 😊
